The battle in New Orleans marked the last battle of the dreaded War of 1812.
A war of passion, a war of revenge, and a war for freedom.
It was the war that tore two brother apart.
Yet, after the final battle to end the whole dispute, it brought them closer.
The War of 1812 also marked the last war the United States would ever have against Great Britain again.
Bottled up feelings were uncapped, lifting off the large weight that hung over both brothers' shoulders.
Thus, America entered the "Era of Good Feelings". It would be a time of happiness and prosperity for the young country.
